Welsh, of Hiltop, died November 26, 2008. She was 63 years of age. "Peggy" was the mother of Michael Grunza (wife, Michele) and Meghan Lazzaro (husband, Frank). She was the grandmother of Allyson and Victoria and the sister of Deborah Griffin (Allen). She is also survived by her nephew Richard Winters and great niece Brittany Heiser. A viewing was held Friday from 11 a.m. to noon at the Gardner Funeral Home, 126 South Black Horse Pike, Runnemede, NJ. Interment was private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mrs. Welsh's memory to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
